Full-time contractors never show up at the client’s HR systems. For example, if someone was employed through a staffing company at Nike, then Nike would have no record of that employee in its payroll systems. That’s because the staffing company pays all benefits, and not Nike.
Since all records reside at the staffing company, the verification service calls your staffing company for your records, and not Nike. Even if you put Nike on your resume.
Therefore, to get verified for employment at Nike (even if you never worked there), you just need a staffing to verify you. The rest is up to you!
